I had a relign on my lower dentures... they were very rough and asked him to fix them, they were so bad when I got to my car, I couldn't swallow or close my mouth without pain... then they started peeling off... NEVER went back... afraid to even try him again... lost $150 for Nothing!!!

The worst I have ever had. I am planning on taking him to court due to his lack of service. I get the feeling he has a one size, one look for all. I told him the denture was way to loose and he instructed to take it home and to call later to make an appointment for a Saturday. He claimed he would be able to do a good job at making them fit. Every time I called (and it was many) the phone was not answered and messages left were ignored. Without a lot of denture adhesive the denture literally falls out of my mouth. There were a number of problems but this was the worst one. I feel the man is dishonest. He seems to use his skills in a personal way rather than professional. That is those that point out problems are not treated professionally and those that give him praise for his skills get the best of his service. I did try to feed his ego but I did expect to have the denture made to fit. I have been using them for many years and this is the first time I have come across someone who is impatient with, and resentful of pointing out where the denture has a high spot or is loose. He is hit and miss so it is at your own risk.
